In Velika Drenova, in 2014, a new winery with a capacity of 4,500,000 liters was erected. Refrigerator with storage capacity of 11000 m3 is used for needs of primary processing. The winery has stainless steel vessels of various volumes and purposes: for controlled fermentation in the amount of 500,000 liters, for cold stabilization, for wine storing.
Barrique oak barrels of domestic and foreign manufacturers in the amount of 50 pcs are used for red wines aging.
Wine filling is carried out on the modern line of the well-known Italian manufacturer GAI, with a capacity of 3000 bottles / h with the use of inert gas at various stages of the process (before filling, after filling, before closing).
